Byker Nativity

Well we had a really fun time at the Byker Nativity on Sunday! The weather was kind to us. it was a wee bit cold but we had a wonderful time as we retold the Christmas story around the streets of Byker. Around 130 people then gathered in the Church for a carol service followed by soup, mince pies and mulled wine.

Thank you to everyone who took part on Sunday and helped us to bring the Byker Nativity to life. We had a fantastic cast playing the wise men, angels, animals and of course Mary and Joseph. We were also blessed to have Elim community choir leading us with their singing around the Byker Wall and members of Kings Castle Church praying and singing in the Church.
